How to Trade in Your Old Board - either online or swing via the factory..
Online:
- Email Us: Send an email to bos@bossurfboards.com with the subject "BOS Trade in programme."
- Provide Details: Include details of the board(s) you'd like to trade in, mentioning any dings or repairs. Photos are highly recommended, and a guide line price your looking for..
- Receive an Estimate: We'll email you back with a plan.
- Place Your Order: Order your new board and any accessories online as usual, or drop your trade in board round too the factory as a 'deposit'

Get Your Refund: Once your board is built, we’ll refund you the agreed trade-in price set against your total ballance
SIDE NOTE - Clean Your Board: Boards must be cleaned of all wax and grime, or a £30 cleaning charge will apply. - Discrepancies: If there are any discrepancies between the trade-in value and the condition of the board upon receipt, we’ll notify you immediately. This may affect the final trade-in estimate.

Validity: Trade-in estimates are valid for two weeks, after this period they will have too be reappraised.
