Hugh comes from a handshaping background and learnt his craft from some of the very best in the business working alongside legends like Jeff Bushman (Hawaii), Mikey Meyer (Jeffreys Bay, S.A), Ryan Lovelace (California, USA), Malcolm Campbell (California, USA), Biro Marcello (Hawaii/Brazil), Brian King (Hawaii).
Handcrafted in Cornwall
Hugh has established his workshop in Cornwall, where he meticulously refines his surfboard shapes using traditional hand-shaping techniques and the finest materials. This dedication ensures each board meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

We produce a limited number of boards each year, with Hugh personally shaping each one, Our surfboards are crafted from the finest globally sourced materials, We have a priority focus crafting
custom surfboards, However, we also stock limited runs of our most
popular models exclusively in our factory board room and now showing online too!
CURRENT:
Our boards are built in house at our humble factory just outside
Penzance, but I also do trips to Hawaii, California,
France and South Africa, and that ability to travel freely and build boards in
different locations has given me a greater understanding and firsthand
experience of what works where and why, refinement over years of personal
R&D together with feedback from local surfers combined with access to work alongside some of the very best
craftsmen in this beautiful industry.
I have worked closely with my team boasting of some of
the finest wave riders in all the land too build our current 2024 surfboard
offering of highly refined designs, all of which have under gone thorough
scrutiny with serious amounts of R&D all too suit your needs, wants and
desires.
