At bossurfboardshop.com we aim to offer a reliable delivery from dispatch. Goods are sent via Royal Mail, TNT and Hermes. You will be sent a text/email with the details of your delivery, this will ensure that you cannot miss your delivery. On occasions items may become lost in the post. Due to a policy enforced by our couriers we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund. Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with 3rd party couriers, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you.
bossurfboardshop.com cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with our couriers. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. All deliveries are given the utmost importance and we will aim to deliver your products on time. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy; there will be a returns note in you parcel.
If you are ordering outside of the UK please note the standard international delivery option is 5-12 working days, although is may arrive much sooner. Please note there maybe import restrictions and extra costs associated which are out of our hands.
If you decide that you want to cancel your order for any reason before we have shipped, then the full cost will be refunded including the postage you paid. When refunds are applied, if you have used any discount codes or have been given a free gift as part of your purchase you will get the refund on the ammount you paid, you will also need to send back all products *(including any free gifts) before the refund is applied.
Please note, refunds can take 3-5 working days after we have received your goods back. This is unfortunately out of our hands and is due to the payment systems that we use.

Refunds, Replacements And Cancellations:
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and we believe that you will be delighted with your choice from bossurfboardshop.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the simple steps outlined below.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of dispatch. If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a return number. You can do this by phoning us on +44 (0)7584672539 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting your order number. We cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation. No returns will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
Please send the item for return back promptly after you have received your returns number. Please Note:
- Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact.
- If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s).
- If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us.
- If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.
- You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.
- For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch and we will refund your payment. If you wish to cancel after the item(s) have been dispatched please follow our returns process.
We reserve the right to cancel orders should we identify an order to be fraudulent or if shipping costs are out of proportion to the order value.
